Idaho Falls right fielder Huibrecht Bloemheuvel had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Bloemheuvel was 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. He drove in 3 runs, even as Put-In-Bay beat the Chukars, 5-4. Bloemheuvel was named the player of the game despite the loss. Justin Clapham was the winning pitcher. Over 6.2 innings, he allowed 4 runs on 9 hits, with no walks and 9 strikeouts. With the win over Idaho Falls, the BC improved to 14-13.

Alexander Conley dealt the Chukars a blow in the top of the third. Batting with a runner on 1st and Put-In-Bay leading 4-0, Conley, who is tied for 4th in the 3A in stolen bases with 7, hit a 1-0 fastball for a run-scoring double.
