The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes powered past the Bloomington Longnecks, 8-3, at Crane Field. Tom Haymon was 3-4 with a triple and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once, to lead the charge. Cipriano Pinto got the win, improving to 4-3. He worked 5.1 innings, giving up 3 runs on 6 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 1. The Golden Cranes raised their record to 40-59.
