The Calgary Lynx picked up a win at Lynx Stadium, knocking off the Port Royal Disaster, 4-2. On the mound for Calgary was left-hander Arnie Harper, who played a pivotal role in the win. Quan Shiu notched his 6th save in 11 chances.

Luis Luquín helped out the Calgary cause in the bottom of the first inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the second baseman went 3 for 4 with 3 singles.
