Supernovas Drop Another One
The Port Royal Disaster picked up a win at Nuclear Stadium, knocking off the Scranton Supernovas, 1-0. Starting pitcher Carlos Medina, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Port Royal is now riding a 3-game win streak.

The outcome might have been different for Port Royal, had it not been for José Rodríguez, the slick-fielding second baseman . Rodríguez stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to put Port Royal up, 1-0. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Medina said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
