The first-place Bakersfield Nobles welcomed Texas to Jerome Grounds.
The Bakersfield Nobles put together a convincing win at Jerome Grounds, defeating the Texas Bronze Sox, 14-1. Serious Lee was one of the hitting stars. He was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for Bakersfield. Nésto Gago got the save, the 1st for him this season.
