The Port Royal Disaster went home winners at Ballpark of Port Royal, thanks in large part to starter Carlos Medina. Medina silenced the Bloomington Longnecks, enabling Port Royal to grab the 4-1 win. Port Royal is now 31-35, Bloomington 25-41.

Steve Bock swatted a solo home run for Port Royal in the bottom of the fifth. The shortstop went 2 for 3 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 2 runs and batted in 1.
