Pitcher Carlos Medina was sensational for the Port Royal Disaster in his team's 4-0 triumph over the Brinkley Belugas. Medina received player of the game honors, while picking up the win. Port Royal is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Port Royal used the timely hitting of Takayuki Yoshikawa to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the second inning to put the Disaster on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We had a good game plan," Medina said, "and we were able to execute it."
