|
Domingo Montémayor never let the Belugas get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his cutter, to pitch the Disaster to a 1-0 win. Earning his 10th save for Port Royal was Chenor Njie. The Disaster bumped their record to 19-17 with this latest triumph.
Montémayor allowed no earned runs on 1 hit over 7.1 innings for the Disaster. He walked 3 and struck out 2.
Montémayor told the Port Royal Herald: "Sometimes the big stage is not big enough for me."
