Belugas Come Back Late to Clip Golden Cranes
Brinkley starter Ralph Greer pitched effectively against the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes at Crane Field. The left-hander led his team to a 5-2 win. Brinkley is third in the Premier AAA with a record of 14-10.

Brinkley used a timely hit from Vicente Romero to get the win. The center fielder delivered a run-scoring triple in the top of the eighth inning to put the Belugas on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Ralph is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Brinkley manager Ricardo Medina.
