Brannon Shines in Disaster Win
A 4-RBI performance from the 28-year old third baseman Michael Brannon helped the Port Royal Disaster beat the Bloomington Longnecks, 7-4. Port Royal is third in the Premier AAA with a record of 13-10.

With Port Royal leading 1-0 in the top of the fifth, Brannon hit a changeup from Bill Tugwell for a 3-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Disaster ahead, 4-0.

"I'm proud of the way we took care of business and got the 'W' today," Brannon told the Port Royal Herald. "Whatever it takes."
