Belugas Pin 6-2 Loss on Longnecks

It was a fun time at Belugas Ballpark, where the Bloomington Longnecks and Brinkley Belugas tangled.
The Brinkley Belugas topped the Bloomington Longnecks by the score of 6-2, with the biggest share of the credit going to first baseman Noah Bushby. Bushby went 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Belugas on the day. Brinkley, at 12-9, sits in 4th place in the Premier AAA.
Bushby had a key at-bat for Brinkley early in the game. With the bases loaded, he hit a grand slam home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and gave Brinkley an early 4-0 lead.
"I thought we played a nice game," Bushby told the Brinkley News. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
