The Ottawa Nationals got a stellar performance from pitcher Chase Sims, who handcuffed the Billings offense en route to a 4-1 win at Nationals Park. David Blake earned the save, his 14th, for the Nationals. The Nationals go to 26-31, putting them 10th in the Menard's AA.

Sims, the winner, is now 3-0 after putting the clamps on the Billings offense. In 7.1 innings of work, he gave up no earned runs on 2 hits, while collecting 6 Ks.

"We'll try to build on that win," Sims told the Ottawa Gazette.
