Victory Over Knights Takes Buffalo to 53-32
|
White Walkers catcher Daryl Yandell put his stamp on his team's 6-4 win over the Kingston Township Knights. Yandell was 2-3 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Buffalo in the contest. Dave Dunn picked up the win with 6.2 innings of work. He allowed 2 earned runs on 9 hits, while walking 0 and striking out 3. On the season, he is now 11-2. Earning his 21st save for Buffalo was Woodward Haberdash.
Gilberto Ocasio, who is tied for 10th in the 3L in stolen bases with 19, aided the Buffalo cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the right fielder went 1-2 with 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs.
