The Timber Hawks had to overcome a good performance from Alloway pitcher Joel Farrell to claim a 5-2 win at Timber Hawks Ballpark. Farrell went 7 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. Augusta, at 55-45, occupies 4th place in the Silver AAA.

Seung-soo Ch'ae had a big 2-run double for the Timber Hawks in the bottom of the third inning. With Augusta leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a slider from Joel Farrell and stroked the double to right. It was his 16th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Timber Hawks ahead, 3-0.
