The Augusta Timber Hawks got a stellar effort from pitcher Sean Halls, helping Augusta score a 5-2 win over the visiting Sunset District Fog. Jeffery Meyers got the save, his 18th in 18 chances. Augusta is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Seung-soo Ch'ae had a big run-scoring double for the Timber Hawks in the bottom of the first inning. With Augusta leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a forkball from Mark Smith and stroked the double to left-center. It was his 14th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Timber Hawks ahead, 2-0.

"Nice to put this one in the win column," said Halls.
