Continentals Win at Casper, 7-0

The Chesapeake Continentals beat the Casper Ghosts, 7-0, at The Graveyard. The Continentals got a fine performance from right fielder Conor Gotaas, who captured player of the game honors. He was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 runs. The Continentals improved to 32-65.
Chesapeake needed the clutch hitting of Yohann Serres to notch the win. The designated hitter hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Continentals on top, 3-0. For the game, Serres had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Gotaas.
