Ríos Delivers Walk-Off Win for Redlegs
Sacramento designated hitter Héctor Amaya was instrumental in his team's 6-3 win over the Hamilton Coyotes. Amaya went 2-2 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Redlegs. Sacramento reliever WyDale Curry was credited with the win, to go to 2-0. Matt Davenport took the loss for Hamilton. Sacramento bumps their record to 31-57 with the win.

Ángel Ríos was the walk-off hero for Sacramento. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Redlegs pinch hitter hit a dramatic 3-run home run to send the teams home.

Ríos told the Sacramento Bulletin: "Sometimes the big stage is not big enough for me."
