Drummers Edge Sioux Falls in Pitching Duel
|
Tortolita starter Karl Dandleton had a strong outing against the Sioux Falls Red Pandas at The Bamboo Forest. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 1-0 win. The Drummers own a robust 55-31 mark.
A crucial at-bat came with a runner on 1st and no one out in the top of the seventh inning. That's when shortstop Tso-i Wang drew a walk. The Drummers went on to win.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Dandleton.
