Coral Reefers Get Close Win Over Red Pandas
|
The Key West Coral Reefers got a stellar performance from pitcher Jim Eisenmenger, who handcuffed the Sioux Falls offense en route to a 3-2 win at Milton Corner Tavern. Key West, now 32-45, holds 11th place in the Menard's AAA.
Lane McCool, who is tied for 7th in the 3AAA in home runs with 14, helped out the Key West cause in the bottom of the eighth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the third baseman was 1-3 with a walk.
"We found a way to get it done," Eisenmenger said.
