Drummers Win in Glorious Fashion
The Tortolita Drummers got a stellar performance from pitcher Scott Thompson, who handcuffed the Syracuse offense en route to a 4-2 win at Drummers Ballpark. The Starks fall to 7-8 and continue their wobbly start to the 2037 season.

Tortolita won the game in the bottom of the ninth inning. With one out and José Ortíz on the mound for Syracuse, first baseman Vojtech Farkas hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Drummers fans to their feet.

"This place was rocking at the end," Thompson said.
