Player of the Week Goes to Redwood Pitcher Monday, July 28th, 2036 Youth was served last week as 19-year-old Luis Castro put together a remarkable stretch on the mound, outpacing all other M3L Rookie pitchers and hitters to win Player of the Week honors. The Redwood Rhinos hurler rang up 13 strikeouts in 14 innings, compiling an ERA of 0.00 and posting a fine 2-0 mark. This year Castro has worked 71 innings with 73 strikeouts en route to a 5-2 record and 4.82 ERA. |
