Season Over for Forest Bell in Twinsburg
Friday, August 29th, 2036
When Forest Bell was hurt against the Montgomery Biscuits, the Twinsburg Tigers were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 19-year-old starting pitcher suffered a stretched elbow ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Bell would miss 11 months of the season.
Currently Bell has a 4-2 won-lost record in 12 starts with a 1.90 ERA. He also has 66 strikeouts in 66.1 innings.
