Rickey Warner Out for Season Saturday, August 30th, 2036 Rickey Warner of the Centennial just might have to call it quits for the season. The 19-year-old Fort Knox right fielder received a possible season-ending injury against the Long Island Ducks recently at Ballpark of Baxter. Warner suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch. The Centennial medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 13 months. On the season, Warner is batting .236 with no home runs and 5 RBIs. He has played in 22 games. |
