Jason Breary of the Northville Eclipse was in command and couldn't do much wrong when he was on the mound this season. His outstanding 10-4 won-lost mark and 2.02 ERA were big factors in his winning the 2036 USPL Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award.

In 129 innings of work and 18 starts, Breary struck out 117 while giving up 93 hits and 37 walks. He held opposing batters to a .200 average.

He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Rafael González of the Minnesota Loons finished second in voting, while Raimo Kangas of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles finished third.
