Wild Card Clinched by San Bernardino Sunday, September 14th, 2036 Felipe Casanova of the San Bernardino Grasshoppers said fighting for a playoff spot is an "absolute grind" in USPL Double A. The grind is now over, as the Grasshoppers have captured a wild card berth. "It's a weight off our shoulders and now we can exhale," said the starting pitcher. "It's hard to describe how much effort and focus goes into this." Team manager Glenn Draper said he believes his club has something to prove and they are looking forward to the postseason. |
