Super Swinger -- Jovovich Slams 5 Hits Tuesday, August 12th, 2036 Tomislav Jovovich exploded for a barrage of base hits today at Mercer Island Grounds. The Mercer Island catcher had a field day in the 15-6 triumph over the Casper Ghosts, finishing 5-for-5. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Jovovich must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Tomislav Jovovich hit a two-run home run off Omar Morales in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
