Season May Be Over for Blue Sox Cruz Thursday, September 18th, 2036 The season is ending on a bad note for Jesús Cruz, starting pitcher for the Irving Blue Sox. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Cruz was hurt against the Biloxi Shuckers while throwing a pitch. He suffered shoulder inflammation and will be out for at least 7-8 months. This season Cruz has compiled a 7-5 mark with a 4.84 ERA. |
