SAA Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, July 14th, 2036 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Lorenzo Varela was rewarded with the USSL Double A Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Chesapeake Continentals first baseman hit .526 while collecting 10 hits in 19 at-bats, 1 home run and 6 RBIs. This year Varela is batting .285 with 5 home runs. |
