This promising rookie center fielder for Jersey City garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 27-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .421 (8-for-19) with 2 home runs and 7 RBIs last week. Oostermeer is hitting .325 this season with 11 home runs, 40 RBIs and 36 runs scored.
