Hatayama Wins PAAA's Best Bat Award Monday, September 1st, 2036 Kensaku Hatayama is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Bloomington center fielder joined that select company when the USPL Triple A announced the results of August's voting. Hatayama totaled 37 hits, 6 walks, 1 home run, 16 RBIs and 18 runs scored last month to put together a .440 batting average and .495 on-base percentage. Currently Hatayama is batting .272 with 5 home runs, 32 RBIs and 37 runs scored. |
