Red-Hot Rampage Reaps 3AAA Reward Monday, June 9th, 2036 24-year-old Alberto Ramírez made a few Phoenix headlines during this past week as the rookie left fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Triple A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 16 hits in 26 at-bats to put up a .615 average. Ramírez collected 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and scored 4 runs. This year Ramírez has hit at a .347 clip with 42 hits, 2 home runs, 15 RBIs and 23 runs scored. |
