Drummers Wang and Flyers O'Higgin Suspended for Fight Sunday, July 13th, 2036 After an intense confrontation, both the Drummers Tso-i Wang and the Flyers Vincent O'Higgin were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Tortolita-Pennsauken game. Tso-i Wang will miss 5 games, while Vincent O'Higgin was suspended for 6 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Tso-i Wang commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." In 33 games this season Wang has batted at a .242 pace with 29 hits and 3 home runs. This season O'Higgin has compiled a 2-4 record with a 3.45 ERA. |
