Menard's Third League Best Rookie Named
Monday, November 3rd, 2036
2036 was a much better year than Craig Woods expected. This spring he was overjoyed at just making the Ft. Worth roster. Not only did he make the team, he was the starting center fielder. Then it got even better.

In his debut season, Woods hit .301 with 86 hits in 286 at-bats, 12 home runs, 43 RBIs, 50 bases on balls and a .409 on-base percentage -- good enough numbers to be honored with the Menard's Third League Newcomer of the Year Award.

Semo Hoaloha of the Ft. Worth Cattlemen finished second in voting, while Gerald Orlebar of the Buffalo White Walkers finished third.
