Revolution Herrewijn August's #1 Pitcher Saturday, September 1st, 2035 In August, Knud Herrewijn tore through the USPL Single A like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 22 years old. The young York starter posted a 4-0 mark and an ERA of 0.50 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 35.2 innings he collected 53 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .143 average. Up to now Herrewijn has compiled an ERA of 2.36 with a 6-5 mark over 15 starts. He has 118 strikeouts in 99.1 innings and has held opponents to a .217 batting average. |
