Hernández Wins SA Player of the Week Prize Monday, August 4th, 2036 It was a fantastic week for Syracuse shortstop Wilson Hernández and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the USSL Single A Player of the Week Award. Last week Hernández hammered the ball at a torrid .412 pace, going 7-for-17 with 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 8 runs scored. On the season, Hernández is batting .265 with 2 home runs and 14 RBIs. He has played in 48 games. |
