5-for-5 Day for Santana Friday, July 11th, 2036 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Athletic Club KC's 7-0 win over Laredo today, center fielder Luis Santana was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Hawks Field. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Santana said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Luis Santana singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
