Matson Named PL's #1 Hurler Monday, November 3rd, 2036 The votes are in for the 2036 United States Premier League Gold Ball. It has been bestowed on Eric Matson of the New Orleans Voodoo. The 33-year-old Voodoo ace finished the year with a 14-5 mark, logged 22 starts, threw 142.1 innings, yielded 90 hits, struck out 123 and held the opposition to a .179 batting average. Yoo-chul Mun of the Philadelphia 1776 BC finished second in voting, while Tony Alfonso of the Charleston Battery finished third. |
