Divided Out of Playoff Race Saturday, September 27th, 2036 The playoff chase by the D.C. Divided has run out of steam. The club was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. "We came up short," manager Jonathan Gerth said. The Divided have missed the playoffs 21 times in their 23 years as a United States Premier League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 21st in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2014. D.C. last won the United States Premier League Championship in 2029. |
