Dale Snider never let Thunder Bay get something going. The Cleveland left-hander commanded his slider in pitching the Browns to a 4-1 win. Snider went 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 3-4. Alexander Weareorwear, credited with the save, is now 4 for 4 in save opportunities.

With one out in the top of the seventh, Rafael Pueblo had a chance to do some damage. Thunder Bay was trailing 3-0, but had runners on 1st and 3rd. Pueblo came to the plate against Dale Snider, and hit a sacrifice fly. But it was not enough to complete a Thunder Bay comeback.
