Nashville Outlaws third baseman Arnold Giroux was the difference-maker at Cloverdale Legion Park today, winning player of the game honors as he led his club to victory in a pivotal Game of the Silver League Championship. The Outlaws took the 17-2 win over the Kingston Township Knights to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.

The Outlaws took a 17-2 lead in the top of the ninth inning. Facing Kingston Township hurler Ebby Calvin LaLoosh with two outs, Giroux hit a grand slam home run.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Giroux said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
