Goodwill, Voodoo Sink Grey Wolves Again in Game
The New Orleans Voodoo moved to within one game of the Round 2 today, downing the Vancouver Grey Wolves on the road at Wolf Den in Vancouver by a score of 13-4. Voodoo shortstop Colm Goodwill was named player of the game after he was 3 for 3 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk. He scored 4 runs and drove in 4. The win gives the Voodoo a - advantage in the best-of- Round 1.

New Orleans used the timely hitting of Griffin Woodfinlevine to capture the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to put the Voodoo on top, 2-0. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but he made it count.

"We're one game closer to our goal," New Orleans manager Chase Sims said later. "It isn't any more complicated than that."
