Quebec City Baby Blues starter Jesús Ríos turned in a top-notch performance against the Gibtown Elephants at Dylan Park. The result was a win for the Baby Blues, 1-0. The 11th-place Baby Blues now have a win-loss record of 35-59.
The Baby Blues got a big at-bat from first baseman Fineas Del Bonta-Smith. For the game, Del Bonta-Smith was 2-3 with 2 doubles and was hit by a pitch. In the bottom of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 27th double of the season gave Quebec City a 1-0 lead.
