Beavers Win Again, Extend Streak to 10
The Northwest Territory Beavers defeated the Franklin Fire, 10-7, at Lawmen Ballpark. Northwest Territory third baseman Victor Haley was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Northwest Territory reliever Luca Boccasino picked up the win, upping his record to 3-6. José Martínez absorbed the loss. Carlos Hernández earned his 13th save in 13 tries.

Chris Thompson had a nice at-bat for the Beavers with no one out in the top of the ninth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, the pinch hitter drew a walk, which would prove important in the Northwest Territory win.

"It was a solid team effort," said Thompson after the game.

The 5th-place Beavers have won 10 in a row.
