Otters Shut Out Lead Sox
|
The Tulsa Otters went home winners at The Lead Mine, thanks in large part to starter Edwin Meadows. Meadows silenced the Indiana Lead Sox, enabling Tulsa to grab the 4-0 win. The first-place Otters have won 10 in a row.
Tulsa relied on the bat of Roberto Rivera to get the win. The right fielder ripped a solo home run in the top of the third inning to put the Otters ahead, 1-0. For the game, Rivera had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Rivera.
