Hsiao-lou Lei never let Montgomery get something going. The Twinsburg right-hander commanded his curveball in pitching the Tigers to a 3-1 win. Montgomery, at 17-31, has lost 5 straight.
The Tigers liked what they saw from Lei. The 18-year old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Biscuits to no earned runs on 2 hits over 10 innings, and striking out 6.
