Centennial Lose to Octopi in Walk Off
Nebraska Aquarium was rocking after an exciting Octopi win today.

The Ogallala Octopi eked out a 4-3 win versus the Fort Knox Centennial at Nebraska Aquarium. Nobody did more than pitcher Chris Rice, who captured player of the game honors. John Harrow picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. Bing-zhong Qiu was tagged with the loss.

Ogallala won the game in the bottom of the 12th inning. With no outs and Bing-zhong Qiu on the mound for Fort Knox, left fielder Tobias Valencia hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Octopi fans to their feet.

"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Valencia said.

The Centennial, now 7-7, continue their sluggish start.
