Northern Lions BC Fall Short at Cleveland
The Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC got a superb performance from pitcher Jesús Vidro. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Cleveland. The Browns won the game, 5-4. In spite of the loss, Vidro was named the player of the game. He threw 7 innings of 5-hit ball. Cleveland is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 4th in 12 games.

Henry Madore chipped in for Cleveland with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the tenth. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
