The Chicago Tula picked up a win at Waterfall Park, knocking off the Niagara Falls Expos, 4-3. Starting pitcher Tom Lee played a key role in the triumph. Lee picked up the win for Chicago, going 7 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 9 hits. He now sports a record of 2-4. Even with the win, the Tula have a dismal 29-54 record.

A critical at-bat came in the top of the seventh inning when the Tula sent 19-year-old shortstop Kjartan Einarsson to the plate with runners on 1st and 3rd. The youngster shook off the pressure and hit a sacrifice fly, to put Chicago on top, 4-3.
