Tula Come Back Late, Nip Expos

Waterfall Park was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Chicago Tula and the Niagara Falls Expos.
Chicago withstood an impressive performance by Niagara Falls catcher Jeremy Pollock to defeat the Expos, 6-5, at Waterfall Park. Pollock went 2-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Chicago reliever Manuel Nieves picked up the win, upping his record to 1-3. Bonifacio Navarro was saddled with the loss.
Chicago used the timely hitting of Carl Wilson to capture the win. The catcher stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Tula on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but he made it count.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Wilson.
Even with the win, the Tula have a dismal 10-21 record.
