Late Rally by Storm Secures Win
|
Syracuse Storm starter Donnie Rawling turned in a top-notch performance against the Tennessee Smokies at Storm Park. The result was a win for the Storm, 1-0. The loss drops Tennessee to 0-7.
Ánibal Leobardo was the walk-off hero for Syracuse. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Storm center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"We did just enough to win," Rawling said.
